We’re seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team in the East End as a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Conduct outbound quality assurance calls
Solicit new sales to grow active accounts
Book service calls and prepare customer agreements
Perform data entry and maintain the company database
Assist with invoicing, billing, and reporting
Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Bilingualism (verbal)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Detail-oriented and goal-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $45,000 per year plus commission

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
