We’re seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team in the East End as a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct outbound quality assurance calls
- Solicit new sales to grow active accounts
- Book service calls and prepare customer agreements
- Perform data entry and maintain the company database
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and reporting
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Bilingualism (verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $45,000 per year plus commission
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
