We’re seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team in the East End as a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct outbound quality assurance calls
• Solicit new sales to grow active accounts
• Book service calls and prepare customer agreements
• Perform data entry and maintain the company database
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and reporting
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Bilingualism (verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $45,000 per year plus commission

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
