Salary: 60,000k+
Mississauga location company in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. If you have 3 years of business-to-business customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.
What Does the Company Offer:
- 60,000k+ (Depending on experience)

- Onsite, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
What’s The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Process customer orders via phone, email and EDI
- Ensure customers’ questions/inquiries are addressed
- Update customers of all new promotions and product releases
- Work with internal departments to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and provide updates to customers
- Order processing and ensuring inventory is available
- All other duties assigned by management
Qualification Of the Role:
- 3+ years of experience working in a business-to-business customer service role
- Strong MS Office and EDI skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
