Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our clients manufacturing company based in Dungarvan Co. Waterford. The successful candidate will be a vital part of their customer-focused team.Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about orders, advertising, and promotions.
• Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and assess their needs.
• Accurately Manage customer orders and set up on the order management system.

• instructions, pricing and relevant discounts are entered correctly and efficiently.
• Promptly acknowledge receipt of customer orders and provide order confirmation.
• Manage back-order situations and file promptly and accurately.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the availability of products and meet delivery timelines.
• Shipping organisation
• Invoice and Packing Slip Issuance
• Generate and dispatch customer invoices and packing slips in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and packing slips for future reference.
• Update relevant details to CRM system.
• Manage and own customer queries from system generation to closure.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service, order processing and / or shipping liaison role.
• Proficiency in using IT systems / software for order management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• German Speaking advantageous
