Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Montreal site is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our Contract Logistics team.
Your Role
The Customer Service Representative is accountable for maintaining excellent service levels for our internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement and the prompt resolution of issues.
Your Responsibilities
You will respond to customer inquiries via emails/calls
Communicate with carriers and suppliers
Provide updates on order inquiries and manage claims and investigation flow ups
Manage Service KPI’s and reporting metrics
Expedite rush order requests and follow up
General administration task in supporting shipment document flow
Work on and execute tasks on customer systems
Manage order exceptions to last minute customer requirements
Promotes safe work environment and support EHS policies
Coordinate / data input details for client KPIs around transport services
Comply with GMP requirements as applicable to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements of Health Canada and other applicable authorities and client requirements are met
Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to drive increased productivity and service levels

Your Skills and Experiences
HS Degree/Diploma in supply chain management or similar field
2+ years of full-time customer service experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS/TMS)
Strong ability to quantify results and create accurate reporting
