Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-volume, fast-paced operation. The ideal candidate has experience handling B2B customer service in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment. You will play a key role in processing orders, managing client communication, and supporting internal coordination across departments.

Schedule: Mon to Fri – 9 am to 5 pm

Salary: $40k plus annual bonus

100% employer paid medical and dental after probation

Duties

• Process and enter customer orders accurately using internal systems
• Verify order specifications (including sizes/dimensions) and ensure accuracy
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet customer timelines
• Handle 300–400 daily orders alongside the team
• Organize and maintain customer files and order records
• Follow up with customers on order status and respond to any service issues
• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service
• Support general office administration tasks as needed

Skills

• 2+ years of office-based Customer Service experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or distribution
• Experience handling order entry, data accuracy, and client communication
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn internal systems quickly
• Strong math skills to calculate measurements/formulas
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and time management skills
