Customer Service Representative – Night ShiftOur client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.Working Hours: 5pm to 1am Monday to Friday, on-site.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company’s products
• Maintaining knowledge of the company’s facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures
• Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.
• Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department desirable but not essential.
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
