Job description
Customer Service Representative – North Dublin.Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage Customer sales order requirements to point of use in line with business demands.
- Work closely with Production and Logistics team to ensure customer orders are meeting on time delivery requirements.
- Conduct Customer business reviews to ensure site performance keeps on target.
- Work closely with a third-party freight partner to manage supply to point of use.
- Lead any customer escalations with Production, Engineering, and Quality to issue resolution.
- Chair daily operational reviews and advocate voice of the Customer to strive for top performance.
Interested applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience within a Customer Service, Planning, or Logistics function.
- Proven customer relations experience working within a complex supply chain and leading supply issues to resolution.
- Ability to interact and make supply allocation calls whilst meeting customer needs.
- Ideally SAP experience
- Team Player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Problem solving approach with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to conduct and lead meetings efficiently with various functions.
- Demonstrate end to end relationship management with accountability and responsibility.
- Analytical skills: the ability to collate and analyse data for appropriate decision making.
