Looking for experienced Customer Service AdminBe part of a dynamic and expanding Customer Service team in Dublin North. Our client is experiencing significant growth across Europe, creating permanent opportunities for passionate Customer Service Agents. If you have a customer-first attitude and prior experience, we want to hear from you.Location: Dublin NorthSalary: €32,000Start Date: ImmediateWorking Arrangement: OnsiteHours: Monday to Wednesday (11:00 – 20:00), Thursday and Friday (12:00 – 20:00)In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
- Accurately manage customer accounts within our systems and Excel.
- Keep customers informed about their order progress.
- Provide efficient support via online chat.
- Assist with general administrative duties.
We are looking for individuals who have:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Competency in using the MS Office package.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to develop new skills.
- Valid and permanent work authorisation in Ireland.
- The ability to work onsite in our Dublin North location.
