• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
• Accurately manage customer accounts within our systems and Excel.
• Keep customers informed about their order progress.
• Provide efficient support via online chat.
• Assist with general administrative duties.

We are looking for individuals who have:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Competency in using the MS Office package.
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to develop new skills.
• Valid and permanent work authorisation in Ireland.
• The ability to work onsite in our Dublin North location.
