Responsible for maximising the effectiveness of the organisation’s supply chainMain Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data systems, procedural activities and information flows and assess the efficiency and costs of
logistics processes.
- Research operational costs, industry and regulatory issues and maintain a current and comprehensive database on which to
draw for solutions development.
- Use statistical modeling skills to develop, and cost justify logistics solutions to meet agreed customer needs.
- Manage inventories and tactical planning, taking into account customer’s future needs.
- Manage /coordinate inter-company shipments and troubleshooting.
