Dairy Farm Research Technician

This is a Temporary 3rd shift position expected to run through Spring of 2025.

The milker/runner/floater position responsible for the collection of salable high quality milk from dairy cows and measurements of milk weights along with any required milk samples. 

As a runner, this position is responsible for maintaining stall beds, flushing alleys, and movement of cows to and from parlor. 

Shift schedule: Sunday through Saturday 3rd shift including every other weekend and Holiday ( 6:00pm – 2:30am)

Hourly Pay: $17.88 + $1.00 for hours worked between 6:00pm – 2:30am

Required Experience/Education/Competencies:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift 50# repeatedly

Preferred Experience:

Animal care experience, livestock preferred
