- Deal Desk Analyst with a global software business (subscription-based sales)
- Contract – 12 months.
- Salary range £50,000 -£54,000
- Hybrid in with Maidenhead (2 days per week in office/3 days home)
Are you a finance whiz with a passion for deal structuring and an eye for detail? We’re seeking a Deal Structuring Specialist to play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and enhancing our client’s UKI Digital Marketing Sales force’s efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify critical business issues and tailor transactions to meet both Adobe’s and the customer’s needs.
- Manage the day-to-day deal approval process, ensuring consistent communication and value articulation.
- Draft and certify customer contracts, maintaining adherence to policies and procedures.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, Sales Finance, and more.
- Evaluate processes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare in-quarter deal status reports and communicate effectively with management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk.
- Proven experience in drafting and analysing binding sales agreements.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in structuring multi-element contracts, including subscriptions, licenses, services, and support.
- Proficiency in software revenue recognition accounting.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in additional EMEA languages (German, French) is a plus (not essential.
