A person’s smile isn’t just their business; it’s their passion.Job Description:We are currently seeking a full-time Dentist to join this dynamic team. This opportunity offers flexibility, with consideration for working 3 to 5 days a week. For 3 days a week, the ideal days would be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, although other arrangements can be discussed. The successful candidate will be taking over an established book of patients in their fully private practice. Approximate earnings monthly on a 45% split is between €20,000 – €25,000.Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Perform a range of dental procedures, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing oral health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring personalised care and excellent patient experiences.
- Work with their team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in dentistry.
Requirements:
- Valid qualification to practice dentistry in Ireland.
- Up to date Indemnity Insurance and IDC registration.
- Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in a variety of dental procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.
Compensation:
- Fully private practice setting.
- Approximate earnings on a 45% split are €20,000 – €25,000 per month
- The practice consists of three surgery rooms, providing ample opportunities for growth and development.
