The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland is a world-class centre of excellence in performing arts education, encompassing music, film, performance, dance, production, education and research. Your contribution as the Deputy Director of HR will ensure a first-class service, embedding HR initiatives that promote excellence and best practice.This is a demanding and challenging role, but it is also incredibly diverse in its activities and rewarding – you will be and will feel a part of the institution. You will work with leaders from across the Conservatoire and will be immersed in the happenings of our departments – we are a small institution, so you’ll get to know people quickly. Being able to establish yourself with credibility and trust will be key.
