- Oversight of care plans and internal audits
- Staff management/ appraisals/ training
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
- Medication orders and auditing
The ideal Deputy Nursing Home Manager :
- Hold a current Nurse pin with extensive Nursing Home experience
- Excellent communication skills, an honest & open management style & a passion for elderly care
