Job Requirements for Deputy Nursing Home Manager:

• Oversight of care plans and internal audits
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Medication orders and auditing

The ideal Deputy Nursing Home Manager :

• Hold a current Nurse pin with extensive Nursing Home experience
• Excellent communication skills, an honest & open management style & a passion for elderly care
