The job of Designate Mobile Manager includes the following responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and service performance across all stores.
• Communicate and ensure the achievement of all KPIs.
• Maintain company health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Deliver excellence in customer service, engagement, store merchandising, and product knowledge.
• Train, motivate, and mentor teams to enhance performance.
• Analyse sales reports, manage stock ordering, and ensure alignment with the commercial plan.
• Support the Branch and Store Managers in day-to-day operations, stepping in during their absence.

The requirements of the Mobile Designate Manager include the following:

• Driver’s license and fully mobile
• Agri, farming knowledge or experience is essential
• 3 years + retail management experience within a high-volume retail business – grocery/ non food
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• A natural leader and manager
