Together we strive to deliver ‘More joyful lives through better health!’The DevOps Lead is responsible for ensuring the fully automated build/test/deploy system used to manage software development. He/She is a part of the engineering Leadership team and coordinates the DevOps team to assess and prioritize the organization and tooling needs for all aspects of our development lifecycle. He/She supports the DevOps Mgr in defining and executing the DevOps Roadmap as part of the Engineering Playbook.Overall Responsibilities

Detailed ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Project/Product:
- Ensure solution, design and troubleshooting documentation
- Coordinates DevOps team to implement, evolve and maintain Continuous Integration, Test and Deployment pipelines
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the DevOps Strategic Plan signed off by Engineering Leadership
- Informs and coordinates with the Architecture team to ensure the right non-functional scoping (e.g., Obsolescence, … )
Responsible for Team & Organization:
- Coordinates DevOps team, e2e where applicable and fosters collaboration with other Engineering leaders and practices
- Collaborate with team members to improve the company’s engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security;
- Responsible for application development and deployment processes to be done in the best possible way and ensures the right quality control are performed
- Operates with an automate-first mindset collaborating strictly with Architecture, Development and QE teams
- Has a leadership attitude and oversight of implementation and deployment planning, system integration, ongoing data validation processes, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of technical solutions;
- Maintain and monitor the DevOps dashboards;
- Ensures the configuration management of the System and Application are kept consistent across all landscapes through all SDLC stages
Responsible for Agile:
- Work closely with the Agile Delivery Engineer, Agile Delivery Manager and Lead/Product Architect to develop resources, methods and tools for delivering practice team services to clients
Background and Skills
- Degree-level educated (a qualification in Project and Program Management would be desirable) with a solid background in IT and program management
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle, lean agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, …) and IT roles
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience, preferably in a complex pharmacy & healthcare organization/business domain
- Risk management skills
- Knowledge about Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing (Test Automation), Pairing, Agile Games
- JIRA/Confluence experience
- Ability to facilitate transparent communication and collaboration
