Are you an experienced Digital Business Analyst looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. With a focus on transforming business issues into technical solutions across various departments, the Digital Business Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering business process improvement.Contract details:

• 6 month contract (great potential for further extensions)

• £350-£400 per day (inside IR35 & Umbrella Rate)

• Hybrid working (need to be on site minimum of 2 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Transforming business issues into technical solutions across various departments.

• Collaborate with different business areas to understand and address ICT issues.

• Define technical solutions from business problems.

• Utilise Business Process Management software to improve processes.

• Manage the implementation of automation to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• A wealth of knowledge of ICT software and systems and can subsequently turn business issues into technical solutions

• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process improvement.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders

• CRM system experience
