From website content to social media campaigns, you’ll have the chance to work across every area of digital marketing—and learn how artificial intelligence can enhance almost every task. You’ll receive ongoing training and mentoring, and by the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have developed skills that put you ahead in this rapidly evolving industry.Responsibilities:

• Website Support & Strategy – Assist in planning, building, and updating websites including WordPress, on-page SEO, content formatting, landing page structuring, and using AI tools to optimise layout and performance.
• Keyword Research & SEO – Conduct keyword and backlink research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and SE Ranking, while supporting SEO strategies and content optimization to increase organic traffic.
• Content Creation – Utilise AI platforms to create and refine blog articles, landing pages, social posts and marketing copy with a focus on proofreading and humanizing AI-generated content before publishing.
• Social Media & Graphics – Schedule and publish content across platforms; design visuals using Canva and Adobe Express and analyse performance metrics to refine social strategies.
• Email Marketing & Automation – Assist with building and sending newsletters and marketing emails whilst learning about automated workflows with marketing tools.
• Client & Project Support – Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorms, support project management by organizing assets and timelines, and assist in preparing reports using analytics and AI tools.

What you’ll learn:

• A passion for digital marketing and creative thinking.
• Comfortable working with new technologies and eager to learn AI tools.
• Good written communication skills.
• An eye for design and attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions.
• Any exposure to platforms like WordPress, Canva, AI tools, graphical apps would be an advantage.
• Able to drive (due to location).

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
