As we continue to grow our digital footprint, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic e-commerce team. If you’re passionate about driving growth through e-commerce, SEO, and data-driven campaigns, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital experience for our customers.Role Overview
In this role, you will support our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on new product development (NPD) page creation, content optimisation, and driving traffic through effective SEO strategies. You’ll be working cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, and other teams to execute successful campaigns, optimise user experiences, and elevate VAX’s online presence.Key Responsibilities

  • Website Content Management: Develop and optimise content for new product pages, campaigns, and general site updates, ensuring the site is always fresh and relevant.
  • E-commerce Merchandising: Implement e-merchandising strategies that drive product visibility, sales, and user engagement.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & A/B Testing: Drive CRO initiatives by designing and running A/B tests to improve website performance and user experience.
  • SEO Strategy & Implementation: Manage SEO optimisation efforts, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and performance analysis to improve organic visibility.
  • Campaign & NPD Support: Collaborate with marketing and product teams on the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment between product launches and campaign objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • General Content & Development Testing: Ensure all content is optimised, tested, and aligned with our marketing goals, while working closely with development teams to test new features and site enhancements.

Skills & Experience

  • E-commerce Knowledge: Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of online merchandising and customer journey optimisation.
  • Magento CMS Proficiency: Experience managing content and products on Magento or a similar CMS.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong experience using Google Analytics or similar tools for reporting on website performance, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimisation and technical SEO best practices.
  • A/B Testing & CRO: Familiarity with running A/B tests and optimising websites for better user experience and higher conversions.
  • Time Management & Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Google Tag Manager: Experience using Google Tag Manager for tracking and measurement.
  • Basic HTML: Ability to make basic HTML changes to content and pages.
  • Looker Studio & Analytics: Familiarity with Looker Studio and advanced analytics tools for enhanced reporting.
  • E-commerce Platform Experience: Experience with other e-commerce platforms or CMS systems.
