We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.Job DescriptionYou will have practical knowledge and experience in running paid media campaigns, social media management and website management. You will have a good understanding of SEO best practices, conversion rate optimisation and have previous experience using web analytics platforms.Job Summary/Responsibilities

• Manage paid media agency to ensure campaigns are fully optimized and delivering on target and on budget
• Maintain websites, ensuring they are fully optimised for best practice SEO
• Build out tailored landing pages for campaigns and produce A/B test and optimisation plans to increase conversion rate
• Have responsibility for maintaining the social media calendar, this includes collaborating with marketing, content, and sales stakeholders to plan content, write tailored posts for each channel, create artwork/ video, post scheduling, and community management
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the target audience, understand digital behaviours of the Vitafoods & Fi audience, through continual testing and reporting on websites and campaign performance

QualificationsSkills required

• Experience with managing and delivering digital marketing campaigns that hit channel KPIs, including Google ads, LinkedIn and/or Meta ads, organic social and SEO
• Previous experience with CMS platforms e.g. Adobe Experience Manager
• Previous experience of using design tools: e.g. Canva, Photoshop
• Previous experience working with web analytics platforms e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Proactive approach to constant analysis and optimization
• Good communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Copywriting skills
• Attention to detail
• Agency management is a bonus
