  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across digital channels (social media, email, website).
  • Ensure consistent and timely content posting to engage audiences and maintain brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance, generating reports on key metrics (engagement, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content tailored for different platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and opportunities, providing insights to improve strategies.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in a well-known B2B marketing brand or B2B agency is preferred.
  • Understanding of unions and related communications is a plus.
  • Open to candidates with some experience who are eager to learn and grow.
