  • Full ownership of the brand’s social media channels- content calendar, content creation, analysis and reporting.
  • Manage influencer activity end-to-end.
  • Manage email and SMS marketing.
  • Proficient in creating engaging and compelling content for various channels, such as social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Social campaigns – Creation, monitoring and analysis of paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other Social Media platforms.
  • Managing digital screens window content
  • Ability to generate creative ideas to engage audiences and potential customers and patients to help drive KPIs.
  • Copy writing for all digital marketing communications.
  • Support and training for managing store local social media pages.
  • Monthly reporting – KPI pack.
  • Support the Strategic Marketing & Planning Manager
  • Support the Life Pharmacy Territory Managers
  • Prepare updates and present at the monthly BOM meetings.

Application Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a brand/retail marketing role.
  • 3rd level qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
  • A good understanding of the retail pharmaceutical market is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Desktop publishing (Photoshop) and Systems tools (Canva, Brandwatch or similar).
  • Experience in social media analytics and other marketing measurement and performance techniques such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
  • Digital marketing expertise and technical understanding of digital channels.
  • Photography and Video editing skills are desirable.
  • Full clean driver’s licence and access to own car as the role will involve travel to various locations around the country.
  • Flexible and hybrid working with regular face to face interactions at the Group’s headquarters in Citywest (Dublin).
  • A good understanding of the retail pharmacy market is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient technical skills in MS Office, Photoshop, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios to maximise engagement
  • Work to deadlines and manage and deliver projects without supervision
  • Possess good interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Strong sense of impactful and clear visuals/design in line with the brand and know how to work with designers to deliver this
  • Excellent written and skills
  • The ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines
  • A demonstrated track record in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in paid social media marketing
  • Experience in creating and deploying content, end-to-end
