- As Hastings Direct embarks on its journey to try to become a truly digital first insurer we are looking for a customer focussed and commercially minded Digital Marketing Lead to help this transformation.
- As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will be critical in pushing forward initiatives to ensure our site speed, content and overall design are optimized.
- You will also get the opportunity to use your experience to lead and deliver on our SEO strategy. This is in service of gaining page 1 presence on google for key search terms.
- There is also a large collaborative element to the role – you will work with digital teams to ensure our technical updates improve site health and are then fed into an overall roadmap.
- You will also get the chance to use some mentorship skills, as this role offers direct management of a digital marketing executive.
Skills we would love you to have
- We’re looking for someone who is able to engage stakeholders and influence them.
- If you have a track record of driving forward an SEO strategy, then we’d also love to hear from you.
- A large part of this role involves building and maintaining agency relationships so experience here also wouldn’t go amiss.
- With this role having numerous planned projects into 2025, we also need someone who has some real tenacity and desire to drive change.
