Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Employer: Siege Coffee Company Ltd Location: Limerick Salary: 34k Hours: 39 hrs/w To produce, manage and maintain digital channels such as social media & website to build brand awareness, engage with customers & generate sales. Key Responsibilities: – Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and devise marketing plans with specific goals across various channels and segments. – Drive the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering internal support and promoting collaboration. – Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to develop successful strategies. – Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. – Collaborate with other teams to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications. – Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment of messaging across all channels. – Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and provide sales support. – Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions. – Assess the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, optimizing strategies accordingly. – Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Skills and Qualifications: – Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not a requirement. – Degree in a related field is beneficial but not a requirement. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
