Are you a (Digital) Marketing Specialist looking to join a brilliant digital consultancy as they begin to grow their marketing team? This small, creative and ambitious team is doing great things for their ambitious clients, and they are looking for an internal Digital Marketer to shape, own and drive their own marketing. Please note that, although an agency, this role will be managing the marketing for the agency, not the clients. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £32k-£38k DOE (small amount of flex). This role is based in Charlbury, Oxfordshire and is hybrid with 3 days on-site per week. They work with clients who want to do things a little differently across both digital product and digital brand and can be anything from virtual event experiences to headless websites. This team is innovative and loves to try cool stuff, so if you love tech, this could be a great role for you. They are based in Charlbury, Oxfordshire and work in a hybrid way, so please only apply if you can commute 3 days per week. Our client loves to help people grow and develop in their careers, so this role has big career opportunities for the long term.The RoleAs Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be their first marketer and your job will be to help them elevate their brand in the market, help them shout about the great work they are doing and get them on the map. They are working on some amazing projects with brilliant global clients, but they are busy doing the do, they need someone to champion them in the industry. They are looking for someone who can do this via a range of digital marketing channels and it will be for you to come in, see where they currently are with their marketing and develop a digital and content strategy that you will manage the delivery of across social media, website, email, SEO and any other channels you think appropriate. This is a great role if you love digital marketing, love to have full autonomy of your work and to be trusted to manage your own time and workload. If you don’t have all of the experience we need, but you are passionate and want to grow and develop, we still want to hear about you – this role can grow with you.About You

  • Experience working in a digital marketing role where you have had ownership of the digital marketing strategy, but you are very happy being hands-on in the delivery
  • Experience in social media management; mostly leading on LinkedIn but also spotting opportunities on other channels. You will have experience in managing social media campaigns, posting content and reporting on campaign success
  • A passion for content and able to write for a B2B audience across blogs, case studies, thought leadership (ideally you will have experience in writing for digital product or tech services, but we are open to this)
  • Experience in SEO, keyword research, content optimisation and experience using some SEO tools
  • Knowledge of digital PR and backlinks would be advantageous
  • Email marketing experience – setting up email campaigns for prospects and clients and able to create content, manage the campaigns and reporting
  • Strong experience in reporting on key metrics – this team will be relying on you to be the expert in digital marketing and so you will be providing regular campaign reports
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Figma, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
  • Experience using CMS systems such as WordPress, Sanity, or Contentful
