You will report directly to our Director Finance – SME/HTS ISC Finance and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives
• Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute business plans
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
• Lead and develop a high performing team of business analysts and planners

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
