Job Requisition ID #24WD81948Autodesk seeks a Director, International Rewards and Global Enablement with responsibility for the overseeing International Total Rewards and country strategy, global market pricing strategy and broad-based compensation programs ensuring programs align with our mission, strategy, and culture. This position reports to the VP of Total Rewards and manages a team of international compensation partners with a dotted line to international benefits partners, M&A and the Global Enablement team.The Director will provide expertise regarding the strategic design, implementation, communication, and administration of Autodesk’s base salary and short-term incentives programs. This role will be a key partner to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition as well as our global network of HR, Legal, and Finance Business Partners with the ultimate objective of ensuring our programs support the attraction and retention of a highly engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech industry and be an expert in International Total Rewards, broad based compensation programs, and delivering an improved leader/employee experience.This position can be hybrid, remote or office based in Ireland, Spain, UK, Netherlands or India.ResponsibilitiesBuild total rewards strategy in EMEA and APACManage, build, and develop a team of high performing Compensation Partners and AnalystsLead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job structure/leveling activities, ensuring we have the data and processes in place to stay competitive with the market in all of our global locationsLead the planning, design, and execution of compensation planning cycles, including base pay, equity, and bonus processesIn coordination with the Vice President, Total Rewards and Chief People Officer, responsible for establishing and maintaining a defined compensation philosophy that is consistent with Human Resources strategiesWork closely with the Director of Executive Compensation and Compensation Business Partners to ensure alignment on compensation philosophy and practices across the entire CompanyDesign Company’s cash compensation programs including the directing of administration and governance processes, associated communications, and support of related processes in payroll, finance and legalWork jointly with Compensation Team, HR Partners and Leadership to identify issues, conduct research/analysis to determine the root cause of any gaps and to recommend solutions as well as drive global talent strategyRefine, develop, and execute innovative and competitive compensation strategies designed to attract, motivate, and retain talentDevelop and deliver training to ensure employee understanding of the company’s total compensation philosophy, strategy and offeringsMaintain a global perspective and ability to rationalize worldwide programsAssess the latest trends, market practices, regulations, and competitive intelligence regarding compensation; recommend enhancements or changes to current compensation programs, policies, and processesMinimum Qualifications10+ years of progressive professional experience in compensation in global organizationsExperience working in a talent competitive industry with a highly technical workforce is a requirement, experience working in the technology or software industry is preferredIn-depth knowledge of broad-based compensation practices, policies and philosophies is required – including experience in partnering in the design and execution of Executive and Sales Compensation programsExcellent interpersonal and partnership ability including the ability to advocate and influence audiences throughout the organizationStrategic problem solver with strong analytical and project management skillsTrack record of successfully balancing strategy development with operational effectivenessLearn MoreAbout Autodesk
