The RoleAs the Influencer Marketing Lead, you will:
✔ Develop and execute paid influencer campaigns with high-profile talent, primarily on Instagram (YouTube may be explored as well).
✔ Negotiate ROI-driven influencer deals, ensuring all partnerships are profitable and aligned with marketing objectives.
✔ Manage mass seeding/gifting programs, distributing products to thousands of content creators monthly to generate organic buzz and user-generated content.
✔ Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies to secure high-impact collaborations.
✔ Leverage performance data to refine influencer strategies and ensure measurable business impact.
✔ Identify new opportunities to expand influencer reach across platforms and audience segments.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands performance marketing, and has experience structuring influencer partnerships that drive direct revenue growth.Skillset required:

• 2+ (Open to number of years of experience) managing influencer campaigns for an eCommerce brand (health/supplements industry preferred but not required).
• Proven ability to negotiate & manage influencer spend of £50k+/month, with a strong track record of delivering profitable campaigns.
• Experience running mass gifting/seeding programs, distributing products to 100s or 1000s of creators monthly.
• Performance-driven mindset-able to analyze ROI and optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Paid Media (Meta specifically) and how influencer content impacts paid acquisition.
• Strong relationship-building & communication skills to engage talent and key stakeholders.
