Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom, identifying opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
• Understand the mainstream technology and solutions in the data center and telecom industry, accurately identifying current market demands and future trends.
• Analyze the product selection and qualification processes in the telecom industry, driving expedited time to market for Micron Semiconductor’s products and solutions.
• Negotiate and execute agreements and contracts with carriers, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Micron Semiconductor to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to carriers.
• Stay updated on industry news, regulations, and technological advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic carrier relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the data center and telecom industry, including mainstream technologies, solutions, and market trends.
• Exceptional negotiation and contracting skills, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, driving results and delivering high-quality products and services.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.

Requirements:

• In depth knowledge of Chinese telecommunications regulations and policies.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise customers in the telecom industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and challenges.
