The candidate shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects, including the integrity, performance, and security of our Data Center (DC) Operational Technology (OT) systems and network infrastructure. He/she will manage an internal OT & Network team, and external vendors to support critical business operations. He/she will also strategize and lead on digitalization and data analytics to improve overall DC operational resiliencies and efficiencies.

Manage all aspects of OT and network functions to support critical DC operations.
Lead and oversee in-house OT & Network teams and external vendors to plan, coordinate, deliver, operate and maintain all aspects of OT and network related projects while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Conduct system & network analysis and recommend technology upgrades to meet evolving business needs as well as to implement IT applications/automation, where applicable, to enhance our value proposition and to improve operational efficiency.
Design, implement, operate, monitor and optimize network infrastructure & network performance from reliability, data security, and confidentiality controls perspective in accordance with established standards and internal policies.
Establish and strictly enforce processes and procedures for network and system upgrades, implementation, and maintenance.
Ensure high OT & network availability and rapid recovery in the event of outages.
Analyze connectivity requirements and develop implementation plans; create tools and programs to enhance network operations and cost optimization.
Support internal and external IT/network audits, including those that are related to cyber security
Plan, monitor and manage department operating and project budgets within approved budgets.
Skills for success
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in OT and network systems, with specific expertise in BMS, IOT, and DCIM in DC environments.
Deep understanding of OT and network technologies, protocols, and architectures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated experience in leading OT projects and cross-functional teams.
