Divisional AdministratorJohn Sisk & Son are delighted to be growing their Division Administrative Support Team with the addition of a Divisional Administrator to provide a broad range of administrative support and coordination services to one of our companies Top Business Units.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced office administrator to work with one of our top business units and to enjoy a vibrant work environment.You will be:
Providing PA support to MD
Preparing meetings, prepare collateral and wrangle the working group members to achieve their tasks.
Taking ownership for diary management and coordination with the business and external stakeholders.
Collating the monthly board packs and circulates in a timely fashion to allow meeting participants to review the content in advance.
Coordinating the necessary approvals for expense claim forms, subsistence payments and other associated documentation or E-approvals in a timely and efficient manner.
Managing event logistics for the division and works with others in relation to companywide events.
Work in support of the business owner of the company CRM, Resource Planning and Strategy applications in the day-to-day operation of those systems.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records through regular meeting with senior leadership teams, data cleansing and best practice implementation.
Provide senior leadership with actionable insights by utilising detailed CRM reports and dashboards
Provide end-user training and support, troubleshoot issues, and act as the go-to expert for CRM-related queries.
As general administrator to the divisional team you will work closely with the team of administrators and executive assistants across the business.You will have:
2+ years office administration experience with experience utilising MS Office – Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Powerpoint and Outlook
Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
Completed a relevant administration certificate/diploma e.g. ECDL, pitman training etc.,
Graphic design, presentation preparation and construction administration experience preferred
Expected salary
