Then you might just be the Product Marketing Manager we’re looking for!Our PowerTechnique Service (PTS) portfolio includes spare parts, lubricants, maintenance kits, service agreements, extended warranties, accessories, refurbishments, and connected solutions. We welcome you into a dynamic and growing environment where you can drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth. You will work closely with our distribution channels, product companies, suppliers, partners, and the divisional service team. Apart from that you will also cooperate across divisions.You will report to the Vice President of Marketing PTS.Your mission and main responsibilities

  • You will propose and implement plans to support the organic growth of the Power & Light pillar service business.
  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for new service products for New Technologies like Energy Storage Systems and Hybrid solutions.
  • You will secure the service foundations for Power & Light products in collaboration with other stakeholders from service and capital equipment departments.
  • You will grow the spare parts, fluids, and overhauls business through direct, indirect, and e-commerce channels.
  • You will implement appropriate product pricing and branding.
  • You will communicate effectively with customer centers, dealers, and customers worldwide.
  • You will define and implement guidelines for the service portfolio development in all applicable markets.
  • You will develop a training roadmap for Power & Light products in collaboration with our L&D team.
  • You will organize and deliver product training to customer centers and through various channels, both onsite and virtually.
  • You will deliver high-quality marketing material focusing on parts and services in collaboration with the product content marketing team.
  • You will participate in trade events and stimulate the creation of customer and application stories to share through all channels.
  • You will ensure efficiency and drive the implementation of the marketing portion of the Spare Parts Proposal process in all projects.
  • You will collaborate closely with purchasing and supply chain for sourcing and logistics.
  • You will develop strong support in “People Care,” including training and competence development of the team.
  • You will establish written missions, conduct yearly appraisals, and follow up with all direct reports.
  • You will lead the part specialists’ team and ensure the team’s marketing deliverables are agreed upon and executed.
  • You will maintain an overview of the power and light capital equipment projects in all product companies.
  • You will cooperate closely with other divisions, product companies, suppliers, and partners.

  • An academic degree in marketing, engineering, or strong relevant work experience.
  • 3 years (or more) of field experience in sales or marketing; experience with power and light products is a plus.
  • You are a solid project manager and effortlessly combine multiple priorities.
  • You are diplomatic, can build bridges with any stakeholder and you are a star at giving convincing presentations
  • Solid knowledge of English, as it is our international working language
  • You enjoy working in a multicultural and international environment.
  • You always put the customer first in a proactive way.
  • You think and act in solutions and not in problems.
  • You aim high, with your eyes on the prize.
  • You want to connect and therefore business travel up to 50% of your time is necessary
