We now can share personalised relevant content with our customers which helps drive consumer engagement, loyalty and brand advocacy.We have ambitious growth and development plans and will continue to invest in our eCommerce infrastructure to ensure we are the ultimate online whiskey destination delivering seamless best-in-class digital experiences for our consumers and our full portfolio of brands.Visit our shop hereJOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIESAs E-Commerce Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our D2C proposition. The purpose of this fantastic opportunity is to optimize the E-commerce websites for the Irish Distillers brands monitoring, delivering and optimising international campaigns across website touchpoints including: PPC, SEO, social, affiliate branded sites and email. You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class consumer experience end to end including UX, SEO and CRO optimisation. This role offers the opportunity for someone to truly shape and grow the direct-to-consumer audience while collaborating and engaging across the wider International Marketing Team, web development and fulfilment teams.REPORTING TO Marketing Manager E-CommerceKEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

  • Product owner for Midleton Distillery Collection D2C online shop & ShopJamesonUS.com: managing the digital project roadmap, responsible for technical updates, and drive improvements to front and back-end processes as required
  • Work hand-in-glove with in-house web developers to plan bi-weekly sprints, prioritise development tickets for E-Commerce, manage the product backlog; using Jira software to manage tickets & sprints.
  • Embrace testing, implementation and evaluation of innovative new features, tools, designs and solutions to improve return, value and conversion paving the way to deliver best-in-class seamless consumer experience.
  • Management of the CMS, front-end design and features within the online shops, including, but not limited to front-end campaign implementation, build, rollout & retrospective reporting.
  • Manage the end-to-end direct to consumer experience across global markets for the Irish Distillers brands, creating personalised on-site content that is up to date, relevant, SEO-optimised and supports customers in all stages of the purchase journey working with key stakeholders in the Jameson International Marketing Team, Marketing & Sales Solutions Team and Pernod Ricard Markets.
  • Collaborate with brand teams and cross functional teams for smooth new product launch implementation on the direct-to-consumer channel.
  • Collaborate with cross functional internal and market teams to develop E-Commerce campaigns and ensure integration of campaigns across all digital touchpoints (website, shop site, E-CRM etc.).
  • Support development of new online shop product offerings and innovation, leveraging search insights and shop analytics to determine gaps in product range and positioning / layout, site structure and navigation.
  • Drive growth across eCommerce funnel metrics; sales & conversion aligned to the strategic pillars & campaign tactics.
  • Understand Pernod Ricard E-Commerce business objectives, vision and strategy and support the roll-out and execution across Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce sites in partnership with E-Commerce marketing manager.
  • Use data & insights to monitor the performance of MidletonDistilleryCollection.com in partnership with data analytics manager and insights team to deliver clear actionable insights to continually enhance and improve UX, build SEO, optimise conversion across persona groups and marketing analytics/attribution.
  • Drive A/B testing on the site as part of ongoing UX optimisation ambitions in collaboration with data analytics manager and web development team as required with ability to determine actionable insights and results from testing.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships to maximise delivery and execution of services on site e.g. Web platform providers, SEO agency, Media agency and Customer review platforms.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital product management.
  • Strong experience of online & direct to consumer e-commerce platform required.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage stakeholders effectively according to business needs.
  • Collaborative, with experience developing products through cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience working with E-Commerce platforms – Shopify and WordPress.
  • Project Management experience using JIRA.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Creative and analytical skills (post campaign analysis).
  • Managing SEO agencies & UX optimisation tactics.
  • Google Analytics experience essential.
  • Social Commerce experience globally.
  • Excellent organisation and communications skills.
  • Powerpoint skills vital.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial and positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
