Electrical Building Services Engineer
A well-established FM provider based in Bristol has a key requirement for a reliable, professional, experienced Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Engineer to cover commercial sites primarily across the Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and London areas. Electrical Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £55k DOE.
As the Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, you will be:

• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be carrying out Service and maintenance on electrical plant and small work installations as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU’s, AHU’s.
• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be completing small works installs such as sockets, lights, rewires of DB’s
• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will participate in a flexible callout rota, ensuring consistent and reliable service coverage.
• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will cover the Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and London areas, with occasional work between Ipswich and Brighton.

As the Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, you will need:

• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Reading/Slough/Bracknell.
• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer with a 2391 would be desirable.
• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will need experience in carrying out PPM’s and reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will need to be able to pass a DBS check.

Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be paid £40,000-55,000, dependent on experience + van + overtime + pension + package
