The dedicated team provide a speedy response to any service breakdown while delivering excellent care, so our guests can relax knowing they’re being taken care of.ELECTRICIAN | Circa £37,300 per annumWe are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician / Electrician to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will attend call outs to guest accommodation as well as general buildings around the Village. You will carry out tasks to resolve maintenance issues, reporting any defects or issues which may cause future problems.Other responsibilities will include undertaking inspections, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with any other general work as briefed by Technical Services Management.The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as you will regularly come into contact with both colleagues and guests. Trade experience is essential as technical knowledge will be required.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will either be 8am – 6:30pm or 12:30pm – 11pm.As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.ABOUT YOUEssential requirements:
