Duration: 12 Months
Location: Dublin, IRLThe Associate Manager, EMEA ES Leave of Absence Case Managers will lead a team of Employee Success professionals with the successful execution of the day-to-day administration in the area of Leave of Absence, with a focus on continuous improvement of processes & controls and ensuring a best in class employee experience.Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic and growing team of Employee Success Leave of Absence Case Managers both in person and virtually.
  • Analyze data trends & develop action plans using data to support process change, program education and innovation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand local and regional process needs; implement processes within a People Services context, oversee the successful day-to-day execution of specialized processes; and use data trends to ensure processes scale as we grow in headcount and complexity.
  • Coach and train the Case Managers on Leave of Absence policies and practices, providing guidance and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Build relationships, advise key stakeholders and deliver solutions for growth and complexity across multiple countries.
  • Ensure execution of key processes to ensure they are delivered according to SLAs and in compliance with SOX, Trust standards, or country by country legislation. Address issues with risk mitigation and remediation.
  • Collaborate with global shared services teams to ensure consistency across applicable processes and implement changes where needed.
  • Provide feedback to management and key stakeholders/Center of Excellence partners regarding necessary changes and updates; including policy, process and employee experience issues.
  • Track and Analyze service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects from planning through implementation for both global and regional teams.
  • Demonstrates superior customer service for a best in class employee experience.
  • Manage escalations in support of employee, business and ES partners enquires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 3-5 years HR Operations experience in preferably a shared services environment with a strong background Employee Data Administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years prior supervisory experience in human resources, ideally leading a geographically dispersed team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, processes and programs.
  • Strong understanding of time-off and leave statutory requirements across multiple countries is highly desired.
  • Project management experience (2+ years)
  • Adept understanding of client motivations and business pain points; leverages inputs to influence business decisions
  • Previous experience with Workday and case management tools preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization. Excellent influencing skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage complex cross-functional projects given multiple competing priorities or perspectives.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (MS Excel) and basic knowledge of word processing applications, such as Google Docs.
  • Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics; and lean process improvement strategies (e.g., six sigma techniques) desired.
  • Experience with case management systems and Workday preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities and a constantly changing environment.
