Overview 

We are looking for an experienced +11 professional to join the Agri COE team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The EMEA SAP Risk lead will be responsible for risk processes within the global SAP Team responsible as EMEA solution owner to define, deploy and maintain all business processes and functionality in the related SAP module (and non-SAP when relevant). Lead mid-size implementation projects to deploy the solution in the different region/countries. 

The role reports to the Global SAP Risk lead 

Essential Functions: 

• EMEA solution owner for all SAP Risk business processes (Risk position, MTM, FX hedging and interface to other risk aspects) and SAP Risk solutions based on relevant SAP (or non-SAP applications) module plus actively drive the alignment / standardization across all countries.
• Create functional specifications (design) to answer gaps / business needs with limited supervision.
• Lead mid-size projects and drive the set-up, deployment, and support of the SAP solution (integration with Contract, execution & settlement)
• EMEA accountable for the success, quality, stability of risk solutions in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio including the whole release management process, knowledge management and solution support.
• Lead / develop knowledge management practices around solution and processes.
• Creative solutions design & implementations
• Stability, fit and standardization of the Risk solutions solution to business requirements.
• Respect of implementation project quality standard, schedule and process (i.e., SOX)
• Work as a/one team
• Work with the Business commercial / trading and execution team and the Finance / controlling functions

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degrees required
• 11+ years experiences in a similar position or equivalent
• 6+ years SAP experience in SAP areas (TR, MM and SD module, FI a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
