Improve the professional presentation of data, policies and information on the HR intranet.A great opportunity to be at the heart of an exciting and challenging HR team.Main duties of the jobOrganising and administering formal hearings and appeals including notetaking virtually or in person in Norfolk and Suffolk. Timely provision of information packs to support hearings using digital skills to maximise efficiency and professional presentation.To provide administrative support for the Job Evaluation process as well as becoming a trained Job Evaluator.Support the ER team’s response to FOI requests and other ad hoc data requests. Support the Head or Employee Relations with the provision of monthly reports on ER case work using digital skills to enhance data gathering and presentation.To be responsible for ensuring the Human Resources intranet site is maintained in a user-friendly format and that it is kept updated. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of this site as the ‘go to’ destination for HR guidance.Assist with the updating of policies, ensuring consistent formatting, accuracy, and language.Employ tact and discretion when researching and responding to enquiries.
