Job Title: Endur Business AnalystLocation: LondonExperience: 8-10 yearsEmployment Type: Hybrid/Contract duration: 6 monthsJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Endur Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, BAU support, and stakeholder management, along with hands-on experience with Endur.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise in Endur, with 3-4 years of hands-on usage experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various Endur modules across front, middle, and back office processes.
• Collaborate closely with traders, business teams, and IT teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and drive system improvements.
• Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing small fixes to enhance efficiency.
• Understand and analyze the trade lifecycle, PnL, exposure, and reporting processes.
• (Preferred) Experience in using and building in APM.
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:✅ 8-10 years of overall experience in Business Analysis.
✅ Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Endur.
✅ Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, PnL, exposure, and reporting.
✅ Experience in BAU support and working directly with traders/business teams.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
