In our CFCs – together with the proprietary software applications – we operate a world-class online grocery business that automates the single pick of products, ready for your online delivery.About the roleWe have a rare opportunity for an experienced Engineer to be part of Ocado history, joining us at our operational Customer Fulfilment Centre in Andover. As an experienced Engineer, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology, becoming the go-to expert for critical technical issues while ensuring smooth operations through proactive improvements and maintenance. From our state-of-the-art conveyor networks to advanced lifts and cranes, you’ll be hands-on with some truly impressive machinery.You will work a 12-hour shift pattern that includes days, nights, and weekends to support our 24/7 operation.About You:With over five years of experience, you’re a seasoned Engineer with a passion for growth. Ideally coming from an FMCG background, you’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to take on new challenges. You’re not just technically skilled-you’re also computer literate, creative in problem-solving, and dedicated to safety. If you hold at least a Level 3 NVQ qualification or relevant degree, this is your chance to put your expertise to use in a truly innovative setting.
