About the Role:
The Engineer is a critical technical role at Kinetic, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integrity and reliability of our power and environmental telemetry systems across the national network. This position involves diagnosing and resolving complex issues within the core network’s infrastructure, specifically related to power and environmental controls. By leveraging advanced data analysis and collaborating effectively with various teams across engineering, field operations, and the NOC, this role is crucial for ensuring Kinetic’s operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be proactive in working with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement cutting-edge telemetry technologies and methods. This engagement with emerging technologies is key to driving ongoing improvements and ensuring the resilience of Windstream’s network operations.

Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience: College degree in Engineering or a related field and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6+ years professional level related Engineering/Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required.
The pay range for this job is $63,400 to $83,200.
