🚀 Hiring: Engineering Manager – Tech Leadership | Microservices | CI/CD | £600-£650/day (Inside IR35) | Hybrid | Immediate StartWe’re currently on the lookout for a hands-on Engineering Manager to join a high-performing team working on a cutting-edge OTT platform. If you’re passionate about delivery excellence, engineering best practices, and leading technical teams to success – this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.💼 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a pivotal role in leading technical delivery, supporting engineers and SREs, and fostering a culture of high-quality, scalable engineering. This is a leadership role where you’re not just guiding but also rolling up your sleeves alongside the team.🔧 Tech Stack & Practices
You should bring solid hands-on experience with:Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Docker, Postgres, KafkaCI/CD pipelines with fully automated deployments and testingTDD, BDD, and modern coding standardsMicroservices architecture – understanding both its power and its trade-offsScaling, reliability, observability, and all things non-functional🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who:Has worked on OTT (Over-the-top) technologiesKnows how to implement lean/agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvementCommunicates clearly across all levels – from stakeholders to engineersEncourages innovation while keeping delivery on trackBrings a calm, collaborative approach to solving complex challenges💷 Rate: Up to £650/day (Inside IR35)
