Our client is seeking an Entry Level Telecom Technician!

The Telecom Technicians are the administrators of telecommunications/voice networks. You will set up, test, and evaluate systems such as end-user telephones, local area network switches, and other data communications systems. Telecom Technicians are responsible for day-to-day cabling and jobsite functions with the client, and assisting customers with voice issues remotely, on the phone, and onsite when needed. Telecom Technicians are also responsible for managing and maintaining phone systems and performing routine operations (MAC) for both contract and non-contract customers, as well as performing administrative functions as necessary. These administrative functions include, but are not limited to, answering phones, product and sales research, as well as other assigned non-technical duties in and out of the office. This position is also part of our Cabling team where you are responsible for assisting in running cable, terminating jacks, and installing needed equipment at job sites.
