The ERP Developer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing digital solutions in our ERP system that enable our organization to adapt and thrive in the digital age. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and deliver solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Digital Transformation Developer will also stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our digital solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, and identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation maximizing the use of features in Dynamics 365.
- Design and develop digital solutions in our ERP platform, including web and mobile applications, automation tools, and data analytics platforms, to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with enterprise architects to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences that meet user needs and expectations.
- Integrate digital solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Leverage emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Internet of Things (IoT) to develop innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate with data analysts to implement data-driven insights and analytics into digital solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and personalized customer experiences.
- Ensure digital solutions adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and performance, and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure digital solutions meet functional and performance requirements, and troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
- Provide training and support to end users to facilitate adoption of digital solutions and maximize their impact on business outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital transformation, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on designing and developing digital solutions for business transformation.
- Experience implementing, customizing, and deploying Dynamics 365 ERP solutions
- Microsoft Certification with Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Creative thinking and innovation mindset, with a passion for exploring new technologies and finding novel ways to solve business challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives forward.
- Ability to travel 20-30% for company meetings, team offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
