We are looking for a Service Reporting & Experience Analyst within our End User Device Team who will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the performance and experience of our End User Device Services to both Thames Valley Police and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary.This role will be pivotal in highlighting any patterns or trends within the service delivery along with understanding the experience for using end user devices within the forces.
