- Previous F&B experience within a high-quality environment (minimum 2 years)-essential
- Office role experience is a distinct advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Attention to detail second to none
- Naturally capable of creating and building strong relationships at all levels.
