Express Recruitment are excited to be supporting a local legal services firm with their recruitment of a Event Sales Executive during an extremely exciting period of growth. Our reputable client is looking for someone with experience in a sales role to join the team and contribute to growth.The successful candidate will hold experience in a sales-based role and, with the ability to build a pipeline through consultatively managing relationships. There is a competitive remuneration package on offer of c£35,000 D.O.E basic salary plus commission, 33 days holiday and the opportunity of hybrid working options.Roles & Responsibilities
- Speaking to clients and booking appointments
- Qualifying prospects
- Building and managing a full sales pipeline
- Working closely with the Sales Team to identify areas of growth
- Follow up leads and attend networking events
- Researching new clients
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a sales role, with the ability to build and nurture relationships
- Target driven with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Good telephone manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Self motivated and a team player
- Willingness to learn
